Claire Sisterson
Lead Vocals
Claire Sisterson (Lead Vocals)-toured with brass bands abroad and in the Uk, playing lead trombone, later trained as a professional dancer in London but came back to work with the ‘English National Dance Theatre’ based in the North East. Working with live bands, Claire has been described as ‘an incredible voice’ and a commanding on-stage presence, “oozes talent and ability”.
David Macdonald Cowell
Bass & Lead Vocals
David is Classically trained in piano and has worked as a professional musician from the tender age of 16. Dave worked many years up and down the country managing a large size live band for the ‘Mecca’ group. Backing incredible artists such as Matt Monroe, Bob Monkhouse, Frank Carson, Max Bygraves, Susan Maugham allowed Dave to hone his incredible talent.
Graeme Allen
Lead Guitar & Backing Vocals
Graeme Allen-renowned and respected guitarist, but man of many talents-playing flute , tin whistle and appearing in several episodes of the North East based drama, ‘Vera’.
Graeme has worked with many bands up and down the country and has proven himself as a real showman on stage.
Tony Robinson
Drums & Backing Vocals
Tony started playing drums at the age of 8 years old being taught by John Miles drummer and session player Barry Black. He learnt his craft playing in brass bands during which time he played some prestigious venues such as The Guild Hall and The Royal Albert Hall. From his late teenage years he played in various local bands covering many musical generes, rhythm & blues, rock, pop and disco to name a few. This then lead to playing the working mens club circuit and touring holiday parks to now touring theatres.
Andy Young
Technical Director
Meet Andy Young, Andy has worked with live bands on the road for the last 25 years+.
From creatively using stage lighting, installing the required P.A. to soldering leads and cables, Andy is the ‘go to’ expert.
Not to mention the well stocked pharmaceutical cabinet he somehow carries to gigs, to keep us all well and looked after. Clever, unassuming and reliable , keeping everything working!
